Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid Hotel

The room at Hyatt Centric Gran Via Madrid was so spacious and comfy. I loved the separate seating area and the big TV with Chromecast – perfect for chilling out after a day of exploring.

I found the 24-hour room service a bit pricey. It's just my take though.

I chose this hotel for a work workshop and was delighted by the spacious and well-equipped executive suite, providing a private safe space for my training. The location was convenient for exploring the city after work, and the rooftop bar was a great place to unwind.

I would have appreciated if the hotel offered a dedicated business center or meeting room for professional use during my stay.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and all our luxurious needs were taken care of. Our room had exclusive amenities, including a minibar with a variety of options and plush bedding that made us feel like royalty. The hotel’s central location was a plus, allowing us to explore the city with ease. The in-room breakfast was a great way to start our mornings and the restaurant offered delicious local cuisine. The private facilities offered were exceptional and the leisure/TV room was an added bonus.

The bar/lounge area more than made up for it, providing a cozy atmosphere to unwind after a long day of exploring. this minor issue didn't impact our experience at the hotel.

I always stay here. First time, staff gave best local taxi tip. It suits me. Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, fitness centre, flat-screen TV, VIP check-in/out. Coming back for the weekend.

When we needed a break from Madrid's bustling energy, my family and I found the perfect spot to unwind at the rooftop lounge with amazing city views. The laid-back atmosphere and comfy seating made it an ideal retreat to relax and enjoy some quality time together, away from the city's hustle and bustle.

My wife says that it would be great if there were more kid-friendly activities available to keep the little ones entertained, like a dedicated play area or organized family activities.

During my stay at the hotel, I had the chance to visit the rooftop terrace, Jardín de Diana. The views of the city were so breathtaking that I felt like I was on top of the world, literally! It was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink and take in the mesmerizing skyline.

Housekeeping was inconsistent.

The corner suite was perfect. Delicious breakfast with quality ingredients. Attentive staff who brought us a safe and tried to fix TV/Wi-Fi. We missed some fresh vegetables at breakfast. we recommend this hotel.

The staff was absolutely amazing! They were so friendly and helpful, especially with our baby. Our room was perfectly prepared for the little one and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The location of the hotel was superb, right in the heart of everything. We could easily walk to all the key attractions in the area. The rooms were also very nice and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay.

There were a couple of things that could be improved. there was no business center or computer available for guests, which made it difficult for me to do some urgent work.

Oh, I just loved paying a €300 holding fee and waiting 10 days for it to be refunded. So convenient!
